1. Delivery Method

All completed work is delivered through:

• Email

• Cloud transfer links

• Project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Notion, Jira)

• Git repositories

• Server deployment

• Shared drive links

2. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines are based on the project scope and will be communicated clearly during onboarding.
You will receive:

• A project timeline

• Milestone delivery plan

• Revision schedule

3. Delayed Delivery

Delivery may be delayed due to:

• Pending client inputs

• Technical issues beyond our control (server outages, hosting errors)

• Unforeseen emergencies

We will always notify you promptly if such delays occur.

4. Non-Delivery Due to Client Issues

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by:

• Incorrect email address

• Spam/junk filters blocking our messages

• Client-side technical issues

In such cases, we will resend the deliverables once the issue is resolved.

5. Project Handover

Upon completion, you will receive:

• All relevant source files

• Login credentials (if part of the agreement)

• Documentation

• Deployment files

6. Physical Shipping

We do not ship any physical products. All services and deliverables are 100% digital.
