Refund Policy

At FiveCode Lab, we work with complete transparency and prioritize client satisfaction above everything else.
Since we do not take any advance payment, clients are only charged after the work is completed and they are satisfied with the final output.

Because of this payment structure, our refund policy is simple and fair:

1. No Advance Payment — No Need for Refunds Before Work

We do not charge anything before starting a project.
You only pay after reviewing the completed work and confirming that you are satisfied.

This means:
✔ No upfront fees
✔ No risk for the client
✔ No refund required before delivery

2. No Payment Required if You’re Not Satisfied with the Work

If you are not satisfied with the work we deliver, you are not required to make any payment.

You may:

  • Request revisions

  • Request changes

  • Or decide not to proceed

If the delivered work does not meet your expectations, you pay $0.

3. Payment Happens Only After Approval

Once the project (website, app, UI/UX design, plugin, or development work) is completed, we show you the final output.

You only pay when:

  • You have reviewed the work

  • You confirm you are satisfied

  • You approve the final result

No approval = No payment.

4. Revisions Included

If the first version is not exactly what you expected:

  • We revise it at no extra cost

  • We improve the design/functionality until it meets your expectations

Your satisfaction is guaranteed before any payment is made.

5. Third-Party Purchases Are Client’s Responsibility

If your project requires third-party services such as:

  • Domain names

  • Hosting plans

  • Premium plugins

  • Paid themes

  • API subscriptions

These costs are non-refundable because they are paid directly to external vendors.

Clients can choose to pay these third-party fees themselves, or we can assist them in purchasing.

6. Delays from Our Side

If the project is delayed due to our team (not due to incomplete client inputs), we offer:

  • A discount on the final payment

  • Or free additional work/features

We always make things right.

7. Simple & Friendly Process

Since payment occurs only after your approval, there is no complex refund procedure.
